YoYo with a big belly

One of my yoyo loaches has a swollen abdomen. Seems it came on all at once. It is eating and seems to be having no other problems. All other yoyos and clowns are fine. Could it be dropsy? The abdomen only is swollen, not the whole chest and all as I have seen in dropsy before. Couldn't be eggs, could it?? Any ideas appreciated. Joanne
