It would be full of letters from horrified readers with "dying" clowns that lie on their sides all day and change colo(u)r. They wouldn't be content with a canned answer either. Oh no, they'd have an "expert" on hand to describe it in detail every issue. And the letter of the month would most likely be from someone with a clown loach in a 10 gallon tank with ick... and more than likely there'd be a special article by Kathy wotserface titled "A river runs through it" about a river tank that she's thinking of building...
