HELP HELP Im a worried mama

I have terrible news! one of my 3 inch clown loaches has become sick! all he has been doing is lay on his side in a corner of the tank. the other 2 loaches are acting as normal, but this one wont awaken when i tap on the glass or during feeding time. he has been this way for the last 2 days! I tried netting him to get his attention, which he finally awaken from, but when netted he doesnt put up a struggle much. he is still breathing, althought fast, no white spots for ich, all the other fish are fine too. i dont know what to do. the ammonia and nitrites are fine and did a water change 3 days ago. but he was still laying on his side and nothing could get his attention. just a few hours ago i netted him again and let the net hold him for awhile just so i could keep a watch on him and
