Sorry but that sounds bad. Had the same problem with some fresh bought kuhlis, too and the ones with that appearance all died (without infecting others, BTW). It`s probably an internal bacterial infection. Depending on how much tissue has been already infected, there`s not much you can do. Watch it closely and do lots of water changes, but if the fish should develop fungus as a secondary infection euthanize it.
