Help!!!! Moe,my Clown Loach is ill.

I have three Clown Loaches Moe,Larry and Curly.I have them for several years and they are about 3 inches in size. Since the other day I noticed that Moe is not feeding anymore , he is very rapidly breathing with his mouth constantly wide open and shows signs of stress (pale color,fins are not fully erected)He also seems to curve himself a little other than that no signs. Larry and Curly are uneffected. I have introduced some new Tetras to the Tank recently and all I can think of is that somehow they might have been carrying something that caused this to Moe. If I do not find out soon what is going on I am afraid I will loose Moe after all these years.He is not that thin yet but since he is not eating it is only a matter of time. The symptoms took on gradually I noticed he was swimming a little to himself but still eating so I was not concerned.But now I am alarmed!

Can anybody help ???

I can take a picture of Moe and e-mail it if that would help.
