Fish Medicine, by Michael Stoskopf

Hello
Would anyone care to fax me the section on mycobacteriosis contained in this book??
I've put out a buy request on Advanced Book Exchange, but so far no answers.
I fear that my 60 gallon tank harbors this nasty bug. I don't know, since I chose not to have the fish that died in the tank examined by a vet, but all of the rainbowfish I had died from symptoms that I've since seen described as possibly attributable to mycobacteriosis. This disease apparently remains latent in a tank, and is purportably uncurable, but recently I read an article that said the subject book has some sort of a treatment regime that involves a combination of two antibiotics. I fear that any new fish would be infected by the bacteria, and I would like to prevent that. I'm not sure how the treament would be done on a fully planted tank yet, since I'd probably also destroy the biological filter. But I figure that since I'll be upgrading this tank from a 60 gallon to a 75 gallon, I could come up with a way of setting up the new tank independently of the old tank, and then transferring things. Comments?
Thanks in advance,
Wintek
