A sad loach story, others don't make this mistake!

The continuing story of loaches at my house. Saturday, I finally put my clowns in with the modesta (30 gallon tank), lots of hiding places, etc. Yesterday, one of my clowns died, the area between his dorsal caudil fins had been chewewd up, and his caudil fin was just about gone. One of the other clowns has some damage in the same area, but he seems to be doing okay. I immediately moved the modesta into another tank, and the two remaining clowns are now much happier and maintaining a much higher profile. The modesta seem pretty happy too! He is in with danios, when he tries to chase them, they just laugh at him.
