I need modesta info...PLEASE!

Blue, my modesta, is terrorizing all that he comes into contact with! He has now been in all of my tanks, and he has chased, shredded, maimed, and killed! I don't want to get rid of him...but, how would he do with a buddy? A modesta playmate of his very own? Would this curb some of his aggressive behavior, or would two just double the terror?
