Clown loaches won't eat

Hi all,
I just bought three fairly large clown loaches from the store (3 inches), and although they appear healthy and vigorous, they do not appear to be eating. I have tried to feed them regular flakes, sinking tablets that loaches are supposed to like, and even freeze-dried bloodworms, but they turn their noses at all of it.
As I have had loaches in the past, I know they can be voracious eaters, so this is very puzzling to me. Do my loaches have some kind of parasite or disease, and if so, is there a readily-available cure that I can buy at an aquarium store? I am very fond of my new fish and I would hate to see them starve.
Thanks, Brennen
