dying loaches

I dp not know what is going on with my aquarium with loaches. Every time I get any kind of loach,be it coolie loaches or weather loaches, they will live about one week and then die. My Ph is 7.0. I have neons,white clouds, hatchet fish, and corey cats. I'm not having a problem with them being chased or eaten on. My loaches just start acting funny,swimming around and laying on their backs. Kind of like they're having convulsions and then they die! I have only got 1 weather loach to survive and he's so fat he can't hardly swim! What is going on? Please help me.
