yo-yo loaches and eating

I have 3 yo-yo loaches. I had them for a week. They do not seam to be eating the food that I give them. I feed them TetraMin Tropical Tablets. I drop 3 tablets at night and turn the lights off. I have sat infront of my tank watching my gouramis eat the food instead. My yo-yos are very active. They rummage in the gravel a lot. Are they finding something to eat? Pam
