Too many clowns

Yesterday I went to Petsmart (just to check out a filter) and I saw they had tons of clown loaches! I mean they had at least 30-40 clowns. The weird thing is that my store (PETCO) ordered 3 clowns and we got none! wonder why their supplier has so many more.
