Thought I'd pass on a recipe for fish-food that I first saw years ago in TFH. I've lost the copy now, so can't credit the original chef. I've just made up a batch for the first time since I moved, and that made me think that I ought to divulge the recipe. YOUR FISH WILL LOVE IT!
ALL MEASURES ARE APPROX AND YOU CAN ALWAYS ADD OTHER STUFF.
1CUP(MEASURE BEFORE CHOPPING)OF FINELY CHOPPED, PEELED COOKED PRAWNS.
2 INDIVIDUAL PORTION BLOCKS OF FROZEN COD (THAWED & CHOPPED FINELY).
1/2 CUP OF FROZEN SPINACH (THAWED & CHOPPED FINELY).
1 CAN OF V8 JUICE.
1/2 OF A BANANA (YEA, REALLY!), MASHED UP.
1 SACHET OF GELATINE (TO SET MIXTURE)
