Ever go into PetsMart after they drain the tanks? When they fill them up again, they place a "goodly amount" of rock salt into those little tanks to disolve. The clear, plastic *cup* remains in the tank as the salt disolves.

Yes, back then, I did add 1 *tablespoon* of rock salt per 5 gal...and no, I didn't loose any fish. Hmmmmm. Is this amount really all that salty? What do you think, eh? (I should fill up a 5 gallon bucket full of water and place 1 ta
