More on Botia superciliaris

I saw some last week that were quite a bit larger than normal and it was obvious that the pattern does change as this fish grows. The thick bars had split apart into evenly spaced thin bars so there's a good chance that the pics I took are just the juvenile form of the dead fish pic from the "Freshwater Fishes of China in Coloured Illustrations". JL if your in the neighborhood of Keller Farms he got some of these last week if you'd like to see them. Or you could just wait for yours to grow!
