No worries ..... thanks for your your opinion, thats why I posted - to seek the opinions of those wiser than me - which wouldn't be too hard.......
But for arguments sake (and coz there's nothing better to do @work), suppose one was to maintain stocking levels (resist buying more fish!!!!) and water quality checks, would a UV be beneficial to the aquarium in terms of reduction of (the risk of) disease, or would the additional expense and time spent maintaining the UV not be worth it ????
