Dojo Injured

I have 4 dojo loaches in my 30-gallon tank and after witnessing a small texas cichlid nipping a loaches' fin, I removed all potentially aggressive fish. All 4 of my dojos have really badly damaged fins. Will they be okay? They are still eating and not acting unusual, but I'm worried about them. Also, what water temperature do they prefer? Ph?
