Tiny YOYO vs Icky ICK

Is there such a thing as being too small or too young to be in a tank that's about to be treated for ICK. Jumpin'Jack Flash is only about 1- 1 1/2 inches long... and very trim... he is a hardy eater... and has only been in my 29 gallon tank since 4 days... another larger clown that I purchased at the same time has developed ICK... I have a total of 5 clowns and 3 yoyos... 1 bristle-nose pleco, 4 sepea tetras, 2 dwarf gouramis, and 4 headlite tetras...
This tank is approx 8 months old... everyone in there with the exception of the bristle nose and Jack and the infected clown have been through a treatment with maracide about 5 months ago... and lived to tell the tale... (I do about a 23-30% h2o ch
