Sick Weather Loach

I have two weather loaches in a 10 gallon quarantine tank. They have been in there about 1 week. I noticed a small round white/yellow circle on the back of 1 loach near the dorsal fin. I'm treating it as a fungus with maracyn but it is only one spot, does anyone know what this may be? Thanks for your help, 1st time post. They will be added to a 75 gallon tank when healthy.
