black spots on clown loaches

I have twelve clown loaches in my 125g community tank, 0 nitrates, ph 7.1,10% blended r/o and conditioned tap water changed daily, temperature 79 F. constant for past nine months. Eight 180g sumps are plumbed to community tank. Loaches are 2.5 to 5 inches in length. During the past ninety days, the larges of the loaches have developed small black spots on their bodies. All else appears normal.They are feeding vigorously on a blend of frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp, with tetra 5 star tossed in in small amounts 1-2 times per day. They are all growing slowly. They also eat the spawn of seven congo tetras that are breeding continuously.I cannot figure out where the spots are from, and if they are indications of any future problems.I would appreciate any help regarding the s
