Yo Yo loaches

Hullo. I am experiencing some funky happenings in my veiltail angelfish tank... there are six yoyo loaches (botia lohachata) in with my angels, and since adding them a month or so ago, I have seen a noticeable deterioration of finnage on my angels. There tails are being "nibbled" occasionally by the loaches, at first I didn't pay much attention, but now that I see the extent of the problem, I am wonering if the loaches are actually responsible for all the damage being done, or if it's just a coincidence and the finnage problems are being caused by something else. I have had these angels for 7 monthes now, and have not had this problem with them before. The water parameters are, pH 7.4, medium hardness, temp 80, no ammonia...I do 50% water changes every 4-6 days. I feed all my fish flake foods and frozen foods, as well as sinking shrimp pellets and algae wafers, etc etc...with all that food going in, I didn
