Hummmmmm sounds like a hillstream of some sort. If you have access to a large book like Beanch's atlas, try looking at the Homaloptera sp., Pseudogastromyzon sp., or Gastromyzon. I am thinking Pseudogastromyzon sp., but it amy be a garra sp also. The first thing that cam to mind was a red tailed shark, but it's tail is not red, and the shark really doesn't have a sucker mouth.

Good luck JD
