Dojo Loach Gender

I have two Dojo Loaches and am wondering how I can tell the difference between a male and a female. Both are about Five inches long. There are some differences between the two, One is thicker and has an orange tint, but the same spots as the other. It could be possible that they are totally different fish, but they started out looking the same when I bought them. Does anybody know the difference? Thank you.
