My Cichlids are dying!!!!!HELP!

Hello to whom it my concern, I have a 60 Gal show tank and had my cichlids(12) of them for about 3 months now. This last Saturday, I added some large rocks that my father gave me, to give the fish more hiding places. On Sunday afternoon I came home from work and most of my fish were acting strange, laying low and not much movement as they usually do. One larger one, appeared to have reddish patches on its skin, brown dots (a few), and decaying fins. I quickly took a Ph test and got 7.0. A nitrite test confirmed a safe environment. A Ammonia test looked healthly as usual. I then noticed MOST of my fish (all cichlids) all had what appeared to be like whiteish lips that looks like the skins been chapping. One of the
