Could be safer than all going to Singapore for 2K celebrations and getting stranded in a Champagne Super Nova of Millenium Bug Meltdown.

My first trip Stateside is primarily because I'm invited by an ex-colleague of the female persuasion, so my mind won't exactly be concentrated on Loaches, if you know what I mean. However, I do want to check out any LFS's, just so I can see how y'all get to shop.
