Hi there Joe. I try keep both my tanks at about 81-82F. The main one in the livingroom tends to rise in temp in the evening to about 84F mainly thanks to my (I think) part reptilian wife turning the central heating up and the tank absorbing radiant heat from the open fire. Alistair.
