"skunk" or dora's loach (Botia morleti) & fish eyes missing

After i had done some tank switching and rearranging the occupants, i noticed they were missing eyes and were partially mauled when i put them with a skunk loach, a black ghost fish, and a female betta. (i was told when I bought the loach he was a skunk loach, but in Dr. Axelrod's mini fish atlas, he is pictured and labeled as a Botia Morleti, which they claimis a dora's loach). Anyway, the victims are young fish and are not quite full size(but not little fry either.) Also a marble hatchet was mauled in this same tank. Who is the most likely culprit? This has been happening now to some of my smaller fish. It is a different female betta now, not the same as 1st incide
