Malaysian fishfarms-and kuhli costs

I just came across a great site on the net-a Malaysian fish exporters site-gives a list of fish-and there cost and amount per box if your ordered any. I looked at the common or garden Kuhli loach-just as a matter of interest. This is what I found-the price listed was for a box full-but didnot include airfreight etc-so basically it was the cost of the fish-here goes. Fish are only sent by the box full-I looked at medium sized Kuhli's-If I remember right there was ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED IN A BOX-god think my tank might overflow-anyway they cost 0.25 Malaysian Ringits each-following the current exchange rate for Ringits and Pounds sterling it made each loach-are you ready for this- FOUR ENGLISH PENCE-I just cannot get over how cheap they are-4P-even when you add on airfreight etc when it is divided by 1600 someone makes a hell of a profit somewhere.
