mmmmmm Iam still not convinced as regards cost-in the case of the kuhli loach which leave the fish breeder in Malaysia costing 4 English pence (Iam Britsh)and arrive in my local fish store at 125 English pence-or 95 in Martin's case-the box of fish in question contained 1600 kuhli's-that is a hell of alot of fish-and IMHO even taking into account shipping costs etc-which iam sure are high-when divided between 1600 fish the cost cannot be that great which still doesnot account for the high price-and let's remember that DOA's are claimed back from the exporter-so no cost from deaths from that part of the Kuhli's merry journey should be included. Maybe aquatic stores spin a merry web around there fish-making it imposable for the average fish buyer to know how much a fish costs to start with-very much like Discus breeders that are also very good at weaving webs of lies about how hard discus are to breed-there by artificialy keeping the price high. As regards eating goldnugget plecs-aaaaarrrrgghhh the monsters-bring's tears to my eye's.SNIFF
