Catfish Immune To Ich?

I had a catfish that was living in a half-filled 20-gallon tank for four months without any filtration (it was less than 2-inches, caught in the Colorado river) and it did not get any diseases. I have recently put a filter, and heater set at 75 in the tank. After I vacuumed the debris off of the bottom and changed some water on Monday, one of my mollies got Ich. Because it got covered with dots almost over night, I just got rid of it, and then I noticed that the other molly has two dots on it. I need some advice. The catfish is by no means tropical, so I cannot raise the temperature, and I am not sure about medication. Because the catfish has lasted so long, I thought that it may have been immune in some way. If someone can tell me what to do, I would appreciate it.
