I think I know of the catfish you speak of. When living in Florida I spent a great deal of time in the Everglades fishing. (I know, shame on me.) I think the commonly caught catfish was called the bullhead because of the massive mouth. These guys get quite large correct? I don't think you should consider any loach as a tankmate. Longterm it spells dinner-time for the catfish. BB
