Horse-Faced Loach info

I was in my local pet store yesterday and I saw a group of fish labelled "Weather Loach." I found this fish interesting and attractive and decided I wanted one for my 15-gallon community tank (which contains Congo Tetras, Dwarf Rainbowfish and a gold Algae Eater)with pH 7.3 and temperature 75F. I am a relatively experienced hobbyist, so I decided to read up first. I could not find anything in my books, so I checked the net and found this site. However, the photo of my "Weather Loach" was labelled "Horse-Faced Loach." Any information on this fish wold be useful so that I could decide to buy it or not. Thank you!
