Yup, my clowns, purchased at different times from different sources, all have pelvic fins with a central black area with a red frame to the fin. Anal fins are all black, but my smallest loach (2.5") has the first two black stripes joined just above the head, sort of saddle fashion, and a black spot on his belly where the second stripe is .... cool!
