fat fish or abdominal dropsy?

hello,i have 3 clowns and when i moved them to their new tank toady i was looking at them closely in their bag and i noticed they have a very fat stomach.like a preganant lady.it looks like they swallowed gravel or something.i dont know,do you think theyre just fat or..?
