I live in Toronto, Canada.

Once upon a time I used to be a "Chilihead", so I've done a lot of research on the subject of capsaicin. Peppers are fascinating and there are people who spend their entire working lives researching the origin of the "mother plant". They climb all over mountains and hillsides in South America, and have narrowed down the field of interest to some place in Bolivia! (For heavens sake, eh? <Canadian expression for you.)
