Vitamin B-12 is a discreet chemical compound, therefore there's no such thing as "human" B-12. All animals use B-12, so it's not surprising that the stuff designed for human consumption is ok for them too. I've heard to try to find liquid B-12 drops at the health food stores (mine only has the pills), and add it directly to your water, but BB may be doing it differently, so I'll let him answer and provide dosing details. Other products, such as Tetra's Cichlid Vital come premixed with Vitamin B-12 as one of the ingredients (along with B-6, C and a bunch of other additives), so I think there's probably something to this.
