B vitamins

All of these are water soluble. You can add them directly to the water if you want. One time I added human B vitamins to a tank of fish. It turned the water pee yellow, and it did not kill the fish. Did it do them any good? I have no idea. I think it all got adsorbed in the filter.(They are all still alive and swimming.)

There is a German company that manufactures a liquid vitamin supplement for fish that is supposed to be added to the water. You can dose your fish while you take your own One-a-day. :):)

Good flake foods have vitamins in them. But they degrade with time after opening, so just don't buy bulk or really big containers.
