Okay what kind of lighting systems are been used and what do they mean?? I have a catalogue that lists everything from Incandescent bulbs to Trichromatic super daylight.

Lately my 80gal is seeming a little dim and gloomy. Do flourescent bulbs dim after time?

What is the best lighting for fresh water, what is the best system period overal?

Help I'm in the dark and afraid to turn on the lights!!!!! Thanks, Jenn.
