Hi, Mack: Do you know that weather loaches in Beijing is used to feed large fish? During one of my business trips to Beijing, I visited the aquarium in the Beijing zoo. When I got there, it was the feeding time. I saw the keepers put whole bunches of weather loaches in a large oscar tank, and it is just a feeding frenze. I talked to the one of the keepers. According to him, the weather loaches are easy to find in fish ponds near Beijing in all four seasons. Also, its breeding is non-stop. Therefore, there is a steady supply of weather loaches.
