Perhaps dive was a poor choice of words... it is in an area of town that is lower income... and so the building is far from new and it is far from flashy... BUT... The folks that work there are great and the prices just can't be beat... at least by the MOM & POPS variety... actually... they may give DEATH SMART a run for their money... for example... they had kuhli loaches for 1.49 each... batik loaches for 3.98 (on sale from 8.98... Queen Loaches for 2.98) OH yeah... they had 6"or 7" dojos and if I am remembering correctly they were priced at 6.98? And there were two ghost knives... one had to be a foot long and the other 8" each were 39.99...

I purchased 10 sids today from them... and yes, they are approx. 3 inches... and Russ said that when the shipment arrived there were 2 that were SIX inches long and one of the guys there at the store grabbed them up... the size did cause great confusion in ID-ing them... but from the pictures on the forum I do believe they are the elusive sids... and Mr. Loach... fear not... Russ said he had another 50 to put out when the ones on display were sold... so I think there are plenty for those of us who can get to SA...

Ah... I can see them now... LITERALLY...
