Help! Clowns w/body fungus

Hello all. My 4 clown loaches seem to have gotten ich, shortly followed by body fungus. After raising temperature to 82 and adding salt to the water (2 teaspoons/5 gal), the ich is now gone, but body fungus still remains. I'm attempting treatment with maracyn, at 2/3 of normal dosage, but it doesn't seem to be helping. The disease has already claimed one of my loaches, and the remaining three seem to be getting worse. Water parameters seem normal (ammonia 0, nitirites 0, pH 7.0). The other tank inhabitants (a flathead pleco and zebra danios) don't seem to be affected. Any suggestions on treatment would be greatly appreciated.

-Vala.
