It is definitely Dropsy or he is pregnant expecting a baby shark. His stomach is huge and swelling goes up into one gill. I suspect he will not survive. I was busy for 3 or 4 days and didn't check them all over like I usually do and didn't notice his condition until pretty advanced. I just thought someone might know if penicillin adversely affects Loaches like Ich medication can.
