We have Clown Loach Eggs

We have a tank with two Clown Loaches, One Giant Angel Fish, a very small Pleco, and three Neons. This morning I noticed that one of the Clown Loaches was very pale in color. This evening we fed them and noted that the Angel didn't come to feed (he's a pig). He was much more interested in the eggs that were laid on the back wall. He was hovering in front of the eggs, scooping them off to eat. We immediately moved all the tank plants (non-living) in front of the eggs to obstruct him. The Clown Loaches became very excited and began actively defending the plant area. The Angel keeps trying to find new ways to get through the plants and the Loaches are nipping and chasing him.
