Well Donna, I paid $2.50 for Chinese Hillstream Loaches in Chinatown, Manhattan. For my other Hillstream Loaches I paid $2.99 a couple of months ago in Queens, but $4.99 recently since they raised the price. Good luck with your fish. Frank
