That is the sound the atlas makes as it meets my forehead! Thought I knew enough to be successful with this species. Think again:) I researched these and stumbeled upon LOL in the process. Eight inches plus or minus was what I planed for. I have posted about the fast growth rate from 4 to 8 inches in under a year. Growth seems to have suspended and feedings are sporadic nowadays. The lone specimen I keep will gorge itself then will not eat for two or three days. Healthy as far as I can tell and it does still feed, even if eratic.
