EMERGENCY! please help

I have a clown loach that is quickly fading and I need some help! I have a total of three loaches in a community tank. This particular loach had a tail injury about 6 weeks ago (fish that caused the injury is back at the pet store!) I tried frequent water changes to ward off tail rot, and it seemed to be getting fuller, but in the last week he has become COVERED with what looks like little white blisters that have popped (I am 99.9% positive it is not ich. These loaches have had ich once and it did not look like this). My opinion is that it is tail rot that has spread or fungus. I treated first with methelyene blue about four days ago. (Then I learned that that is a preventative). I did a 50% water change yesterday and put in maroxy. I'm hearing that aquariasol will do the trick also. He looks no better f
