Clown Loach - large belly

Over the last 4 days one of my larger clown loaches (approx 5-6")has got a very swollen looking belly. There is nothing else visibly wrong, except that it has stopped feeding, and hides more than it usually does. The loach is in a mature tank (5years) and all the water tests are OK. Does antone know what might be wrong. I'm really worried that it might be something sinister.
