Could this be ick ( Again ! )

Hello All, I fear the return of Ick I'm afraid, but I may be jumping to conclusions. I have 4 x4” clowns, 1x5” and a 7” clown, 2 yoyos and 2 tiny Sids in my 66 Gal tank. Some of the Clowns and the yoyos scratch themselves against the gravel from time to time. It happens, enough that I would remark upon it….I have looked very very closely and see no spots at all anywhere. Is this normal behavior from time to time to rub against things ? They all do it. I have the temperature at 82 and would like to know how much salt is the right amount just to ward off any possibility of icky ick.. Having lost clowns before to Ick, I am very very nervous.
