Hi Mike,

Hope you had lots of fun at your Bar Mitzvah and that the presents included lots of sealed envelopes with a 'little something' inside.

If you are going to have a species specific tank, and why not? then since you are looking at loaches and catfishes just a couple of hints.

Take an aquarium that has lots of width and not so much depth. Most cats and loaches swim close to the bottom anyway, so why make the top any higher than it need be? Also more width gives greater surface area equals more fish.

Be careful of what cats you buy. Some get not just enormous but are real tank busters. They look cute at two inches but at two foot.... Also read up about them. Some
