Who eats plecos in the night ?

Hi, I have a bit of a mystery in my 66 Gal tank. I had a 4" pleco cleaning up every night and keeping the algae down. As he was rarely seen, I did not notice he was gone until the algae started creeping back. In that period I noticed some floating debris that looked a bit like intestines. Then I went though a water change and searched the tank thoroughly and the pleco was gone. Not in the filter or hidden anywhere. Just gone. No body.

I have 4x3"clowns 1x4" and one 6-7" clown , 4 medium guramis some tetras and a rainbow fish in there + 2 yoyos. I did notice the big clown push the pleco out of his cave when the pleco tried join him get in there, and was not in the least afraid of him. The other clowns sometimes chased hime for 'fun' as well.
